It's been far too long...

Yes... too long indeed. I haven't had the time to actually sit down and write stuff again. My visual novel/manga script had already been neglected for the past 6 months. I do add a few paragraphs in here and there sometimes, but that's all I did. Being in the army really saps away your mental energy. These past 6 months hasn't really been easy, but in the blink of an eye, I'm already a "half-year solider". That being said, I still much to go through before I ORD on.... 050612 I believe.

This past week has been really awesome. It's during this time that I feel that I had become a civilian again. Nobody to boss me around. Nobody to fuck you up for no apparent reason. No military exercises to go through. Walking around with my friends out in the public felt really great. It was something that I had been unable to do since I enlisted, since I only come out for a day and a half every week. I'm usually too tired to do anything except rot at home most of the time too, so that didn't help. It also felt great to be able to eat my mum's cooking everyday. Home cooked meals is a god-sent compared to the usually crappy dog food I eat everyday in camp. Good times don't last forever unfortunately. One week just flew past without me realising it, and now it's going to be another full year before I'll get to experience this again. That is, of course, If I haven't used up all my leaves/offs by then.

Welp, it wasn't anything much, so I'll treat this post as a half-year anniversary post. The next post might come in another 6 months, or not, depending on the free time available. Maybe 1 and a half years later, I'll come back and take a look at my posts every half a year, to see what I had been through. I'm still far away from it though. Too far.
